Working as a Chef since 1997 where i started in The Springhill Hotel in Kilkenny City, Ireland along the way to Dortmund, i worked in countries like Gibraltar, Sweden, Scotland before arriving in Germany in 2012 with my little family.
My style is more Slow Cooking and working with local produce and currently Chefkoch at the wonderful Hövels Hausbauerei in Dortmund City
